Zulu & Zephyr offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all hygiene seals and tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners are in place to avoid damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Print your generated shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized postal service or courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
